What happens if I want to cancel?
If you can not enjoy the holiday you had booked with us, we’ll provide you a full refund of the amount paid, if we are notified 30 days before the date of collection. If we are notified between 29 and 20 days before the date of collection, we charge 50% of the value you payed. From the 10th day before the beginning of the rental, there will be no refund for any reasons of cancellation. You can download our general terms and conditions for more info.
